Intu Line is a cloud based service that helps to streamline production operations and reduce downtime. Intu Line communicates the production statistics of the molding cell along with real time video footage of part take out and part placement sequence. A virtual footprint of the molding part removal process is sent through a secured cellular network, stored onto a cloud server and sent directly to a customer’s smartphone or PC over the internet
A production manager can connect to their FRA robot remotely in real time and can monitor production data and reporting conveniently anywhere, anytime. It is also possible access data or download production reports daily, weekly, or monthly with just one click. There is no need for manual creation of tables or charts for production reporting. Intu Line is the solution for the today’s industry needs, where robots stay on-line and production must go on.
This same information can be accessed by Yushin technicians to monitor and diagnose any apparent problems. It is like having a Yushin service technician on-site at all times. Intu Line reduces support cost, reduces communication time and supports quick problem resolution.
