The fourth edition of AMI’s Polymers in Footwear Conference returns to the Sofitel Hotel Kurfürstendamm in Berlin, Germany from 28-29 October 2020.
This high-level international conference brings together leading shoe manufacturers, end-users, polymer and additive suppliers, compounders, processing machinery experts, shoe designers, retailers, industry associations and academic institutions to discuss latest material innovations and technologies, as well as solutions and opportunities for the challenging future of this fast-moving industry.
Polymers in Footwear 2020 feature a keynote presentation on ALLBIRDS’ self-imposed carbon tax and materials traceability by Dr. Romesh Patel, Senior Manager, Materials Innovation. An end-user panel discussing material and technological innovations, key industry trends and milestones ahead is joined by NEW BALANCE ATHLETICS, SAUCONY, VIVOBAREFOOT, ALLBIRDS, and THE FOOTWEARISTS.
